If Microsoft actually cared about the security and privacy of your personal computer experience they would:

1. stop defaulting everyone to being a local administrator
2. stop collecting data that is abused, monetized, and stolen by bad actors, criminals, and governments
3. have edge block cookies, fingerprinting, and web site data collection by default
4. include something that shows the data every app is collecting and allow you to deny permissions

Instead they leave all the bad in Windows 11 and tell you what you need is a TPM chip and a new CPU to be secure.

 

Last time I checked, when you addd a new user in Windows it defaults to 'Standard user' not Administrator. The first user obviously has to be an Administrator though.
