Confuses you! As said in previous post, I'm sorry but I'm completely lost by your meanings. Hopefully someone else may understand and be able to assist you.
Most will be connected during OOBE and will be updated to the build of time the machine was turned on the first time.
with 22000.194.iso from MS I have tried the latest NTLite now it supports win11 and in updates there is oobe fix ,dynamic update, and a couple new others don't want to waste my time i just wait for the official isos
The problem is that setup.exe still prevents me from installing Win11 due to CPU model, but I’ve heard that latest DU will only shows a warning(I copied DU into both sources folder and boot.wim index 2)
I have come to the simple fact that if one wants an RTM version, that was 22000.9, as Manufacturers have shipped out machines with this build, and they have been received already by customers. Since that build, there have been -- AND WILL BE --- many more CU updates. I think people need to face facts, Windows 11 will be a buggy release regardless what-ever build you get, it will be fixed over many months step by step. Want a stable RTM release, it aint going to come. Want a stable release, do a fresh install with the current ISO 22000.194. That works fine, and will get CU updates. Want to wait for an official RTM, well wait then, no advantage over downloading 22000.9 or 22000.194, ALL will get updated with the next update.
Local store has received some laptops with W11 on them, and confirmed by two forums as well, including this one.
Cant see it being legit especially lacking proof. Why would they put an untested build onto a new machine... Could spell disaster for customer experience.
If you like, and in a way true too. I cant go into the store and actually look, they are under strict instructions not to release til 5 Oct. That said a staff member did look for me, BUT again, just rumours. Now of interest is the numbering system. Isnt it interesting with updates we are getting 22000.xxx on the build numbers. Yet for so called "RTM" releases we get 22000.x. --- I wonder if there is some licencing requirement under the hood with the numbering. Pure speculation, maybe 22000.xxx are for updates, and dont really check licences, and 22000.x require a valid licence. Now this is a thought bubble, nothing more, BUT I do wonder the different numbering.
