Nah, it depends on the user's activity and several other metrics. Such actions aren't frequent, but they do happen from time to time.
Do you take utter nonsense posts in consideration too? That was for a reason you yourself came with, somebody with actual time and content who could take over and not whenever someone feels like to do it?

Selected Insider Preview (Dev) on the "Surface Laptop SE" and upgraded the "Windows 11 SE" to 25262.1000 (rs_prerelease). It now shows the watermark " Build 25262.rs_prerelease.221205-1627" and works as good as before. (so far)
