Just to make sure everyone has factually correct information: 1. The WZOR release contained 4 files, the WU leak contained 6 2. The MSDN release contains 6 files but is missing one HF (KB2939087) and contains another instead (KB2949621-v2) 3. The hashes of the WZOR leak match the WU leak's which matches the the official release's KB2939087 is indeed missing and we don't know why and what it does. The WZOR/WU leak didn't contain the KB2949621-v2 HF So people who installed the leak (all 6 files) have an extra HF KB2939087 and need to manually install KB2949621-v2 to align. That's the difference. For the moment, even with an extra KB file, I will not install everything again
Just tested en_windows_8.1_with_update_x64_dvd_4065090 in vmware and windows updates offers these updates. surprised to see the march updates

I thought that after installing win 8.1 with update 1 iso, there would be more space on C:. However, there is not much of a difference, perhaps 0.5 GB which is to say the refreshed ISO is 0.5 GB less disk consuming than win 8.1 rtm+ update 1 installed separately.
Its not going to be smaller, WIMBoot is what appears to make installs smaller. It also requires an SSD
