    3.4 No modified/homebrew ISO images generally. A modified ISO means that it doesn't match an original manufacturer's (such as Microsoft) / OEM vendor's ISO content. Patches are allowed when they convert versions. All contents must be original.

    i found a torrent with RS4 saying it's from a uup source fast ring, I downloaded it and i will give it a try right away
    it's build 10.0.17133.1

    is there any difference between slow and fast ring versions ?

    the links is the same but the server is closed in case they open the links will not change if he want keep them for when opens ..if against the rules i will remove them np
