Thanks to AveYo, a v11 of Skip_TPM_Check_on_Dynamic_Update is up on GitHub. It accounts for the new build scheme (25xxx for Canary, 23xxx Dev, 22000 Beta).by updating what I think is the RegEx pertaining to build numbers.
Just to be clear: I think (emphasis on "think") that if you write an ISO image to a flash drive with Rufus, and then run setup.exe from the flash drive, the upgrade should work?
Upgrades don't need bootable install media, just mount or extract the ISO to a local folder and run setup.exe, apply fixes to the ISO or first run dynamic tpm skip script from this thread.
You can also take the file, "appraiserres.dll" from the sources folder of a Windows 10 ISO and inject it into the sources folder of an Windows 11 ISO. This does the exact same thing as everyone wasting time writing a script for and it comes right from Microsoft.
