    I, plain and simple, after years of gathering information and thinking about it.... do NOT know one way or the other.
    But since the time when I was very young I was pissed me off by how people treat this planet. Out of stupidity and greed.

    No... it is just not that simple.

    People DO see the consequences of what they are doing, yet, the simple truth is, that it will not make the slightest difference if they stop or not! They see the unpleasant truth that they will have all the disadvantages that denying themselves will bring, and no advantages than the praises of other fools..

    Face it, you simply want to be a better person than the others, that is all.

    NOTHING you do, makes a difference!

    And don't bother to answer unless, you are actually first willing to think this through....
    I have heard your childish wishful thinking for decades.

    Like itor not... this happens to be a universe without values, only place they exist is in humans heads.
    Given the intelligence of the majority of humans... the history of the world is the embarrassing result.

    So... Why the "or die"? Its a beautiful world and life a great party.

    Bravo! Not at all arrogant...

    For whom? This is as moronic as it gets, frankly.

    Whose life are you living? Anteater's? This twisted "conservative" so called logic is mental! Not only do you consistently try to speak for all of (Europeans, Humanity), now you want to speak for the universe, too, ha?

    Tell you what: explain to me how is life a party - for instance - in Afganistan, especially if you are a girl in Taliban controlled area? I could go on forever with such examples but...

    Twit!

    I actually assign ‘problem’ to the (human) purpose, not to the means capitalism or capital.

    When a human individual’s self-identification is the way that the idea of oneself grows with ‘capital’ and there is the driving force 'to grow' then it is nothing but reasonable to go for capital.
    In other words to a capitalist capitalistic behavior is most reasonable.

    The sickness of humankind is not capitalism it is the self-identification with it.
    There is seemingly no chance as you’ve mentioned because you cannot change one’s self-identification by words. (verbally, laws, 'Reason')

    You cannot tell a capitalist that a social idea is good since a capitalist is not identified with the needs of 'others'.
    To a capitalist a social idea is unreasonable, what else should it be?

    I frequently posted there has to be a complete change of consciousness and self-awareness therefore.

    The illusion is at the meaning ‘to grow’ and the need to grow. One does NOT grow by accumulating things which seem to have a value.
    One grows by recognizing false/illusionary self-identification.

    We cannot know what we are, but we can get what we aren’t.
    From capitalistic interests to a social idea there is always an extension of self-identification included.

    Yen, Reason is the highest critical capacity Humanity has...

    If you (try to) demolish that one, you are left with tatters...

    „In other words to a capitalist capitalistic behavior is most reasonable.”

    I have never denied that….

    “To a capitalist a social idea is unreasonable, what else should it be?”

    No it not. The point is, for him the realization of a socialist idea brings disadvantages, and as all the “great” presidents of the US like Reagan Bush and Obama have confirmed that the market is the only regulator acceptable. Because only capitalism and the market system have brought riches into the world, like no other system before has.
    For a banker the social idea is not unreasonable that everybody wants be better off, but first of all: it is the responsibility of everyone to take care of themselves and their families. You have no real income, but put eight kids into world….
    If being a banker means being a crook, and you want to be better off, become a crook.
    You do not want that? Fine, stay poor!

    Are we talking about a world of wishful thinking or the one that actually exists?

    “I frequently posted there has to be a complete change of consciousness and self-awareness therefore.”

    For the last 2500 years their have been Masters around who tried to teach people to do that. Some of them even got murdered for these attempts. A change of consciousness and self-awareness is something for individuals.
    There is no way to change that….

    “From capitalistic interests to a social idea there is always an extension of self-identification included.”

    The reality and the power of those who stand by loose by that will ALWAYS remain much too strong to ever make that change possible. The Russian revolution is a very good teacher how and why that is so…

    It is the individual that can change HIMSELF!
    No one can change another!

    As there is the space for it, here is the Desiderata for you:

    Go placidly amid the noise and haste,
    and remember what peace there may be in silence.
    As far as possible without surrender
    be on good terms with all persons.
    Speak your truth quietly and clearly;
    and listen to others,
    even the dull and the ignorant;
    they too have their story.

    Avoid loud and aggressive persons,
    they are vexations to the spirit.
    If you compare yourself with others,
    you may become vain and bitter;
    for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.
    Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.

    Keep interested in your own career, however humble;
    it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.
    Exercise caution in your business affairs;
    for the world is full of trickery.
    But let this not blind you to what virtue there is;
    many persons strive for high ideals;
    and everywhere life is full of heroism.

    Be yourself.
    Especially, do not feign affection.
    Neither be cynical about love;
    for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment
    it is as perennial as the grass.

    Take kindly the counsel of the years,
    gracefully surrendering the things of youth.
    Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune.
    But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings.
    Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.
    Beyond a wholesome discipline,
    be gentle with yourself.

    You are a child of the universe,
    no less than the trees and the stars;
    you have a right to be here.
    And whether or not it is clear to you,
    no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.

    Therefore be at peace with God,
    whatever you conceive Him to be,
    and whatever your labors and aspirations,
    in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul.

    With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
    it is still a beautiful world.
    Be cheerful.
    Strive to be happy.
