in Hex editor open the .bin backup created by programmer hardware...
    search for HEX:
    01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
right bellow it should be the key.
i found it in 0x00450000 on an XPS 2710 bin file i had.

to replace u need to use EFI Tool and find the module then edit the module with
    FF FF FF
    or
    00 00 00
in hexeditor and save as a new filename. (keep good working copy)
flash it with programmer and good luck

I never had to buy an own laptop. I use those I get from my company for working.....privately I actually don't need a laptop for myself...I rather use a PC.
ATM I have got a Lifebook E from the company where I work....it's a good one.

Well....I don't have a special favorite, but I can tell you what I would not buy....and that's Dell and HP.

Perhaps I'd buy a Thinkpad X1 ATM (if I should need)
