When you Activate Windows 8 OS, the system saves the Activation details in Wndows\System32\spp\Store\ folder and for Windows 8.1 OS the system saves the Activation details in Wndows\System32\spp\Store\2.0\ folder. The data.dat and tokens.dat are files which contains the Activation Data, Key, System Config Details etc.. These data.dat and tokens.dat are tied to the System its Activated on. These files are forbidden to share here.

Yes, you can do it, the procedure is same as making Windows 8.1 AIO but if you need WMC also just prepare the Install.wim as said in the tutorial and import the image to the Windows 8.1 AIO Install.wim Image
I'll have free genuine WMC key. I try now to make image for me. EDIT: Have anyone all ready test own image how it works? EDIT2: How if hardware change, another disk or maybe another laptop, can i use same image?
Yes, you can use same image but your .dat files won't work, you will just need to do a offline phone actvation..DP
Although the Deployment Tool is only 40MB in size, but it requires more than 2.5GB files to be downloaded off of M$ servers online. Is there any standalone/offline installer for this available? I managed to make the ISO, so far it's installing let's see what the end results are.
Did you enable like this after running the adksetup.exe?If not,then correct it and then click install.
Of course I did, but it required me to wait for 2.79GB files to be downloaded and only then I was able to check or uncheck all listed stuff in your screenshot.
no way, I have installed it many times, it just downloads 40mb data only and install the ADK, might be something else wrong.
Well, no idea then. OK, I used your tutorial and I was able to build an ISO, install it without a key but I was unable to activate it. Calling from Skype returns "not certified" ID. Guess need to wait for a working activation method "for me".
