The OP has used the Windows 10 Enterprise N ISO (version 1511) as source coz it contains less bloatware compared to other editions which can be removed by ToolKit.

This ToolKit works with every edition of Windows 10 TH1 & TH2.

The End-result using the ToolKit for any Windows 10 Editions will be almost the same.

Some ISO Images created using MediaCreation Tool or download from Microsoft will have a compressed install.wim and they need to be first converted using appropriate menu from ToolKit Select Source Menu.

Then you can use the Select Source from DVD folder option to proceed.

May be you didn't read the System requirement section in the ToolKit's First Post.

You need a Windows 8.x/10 OS to service a Windows 10 Image.

On intact 10586 Enterprise x64 zh-TW, it flashed away at:

    3. Right click the MSMG Toolkit's .cmd file and run it as Administrator, Mount the Source by pressing number 1, then 1 once more.

    Any help? Thanks.

Do you get this line when the ToolKit ask for the Index No.

    Enter the WIM Image Index # [Range : 1-, * - ALL]:

If yes then the Install.wim image is a either a Windows Media Creation Tool created Image or a ESD compressed Image with a .WIM extension.

Then use Convert MCT to WIM Image and then select the source image.

If you don't get that line stated above then there's something else wrong.

What's your HOST OS Language ?

There's something else wrong. (I had also tried to export the install.wim with /Fast parameter.)

It is zh-TW. But I had tried en-US to the same result.

in 7. Now Choose "Apply Source" from the menu, this will save all the changes that we made.
I would add after Apply source:

    . Re-build Source WIM images

to compress MAX the WIM files

The Whole ISO should be copied to <DVD> folder.

If you are just copying boot.wim & install.wim which are the required files for ToolKit to operate should be <DVD\sources> folder.

If you are using Store Download ESD Image then you need to rename the ESD image to install.esd and place it in the <DVD\sources> folder and choose convert Store ESD to WIM Image and then choose the Select Source from DVD folder.

    OK.

It worked for SW_DVD5_WIN_ENT_N_10_1511_64BIT_English_MLF_X20-82358.ISO on en_windows_10_enterprise_version_1511_x64 platform.

But, could you make the boot option for both BIOS and UEFI like normal MS ISO does?

Will be back after applying the ISO... (I have registered NTLite, but it has useless leftovers on the Start menu.).

I was about to ask for the same thing.

In the meantime I just replace the Wim on the original ISO using Ultraiso.

Yes, I know that too. (just a feedback to MSMG.)

I use zh-TW, and the only apps are Contact support and Windows feedback.

But it shows Microsoft Edge and Cortana, in addition to one drive on the MSMG ISO even though I chose remove all apps.

But it has no residual shortcuts on Start menu. This is better than NTLite.

I am gonna apply the English 10240 Enterprise LTSB now....
