It seems, you missed the part "(C) CONVERT OFFICE RETAIL TO VOLUME", Either take the Office conversion tool from abbodi1406 or use OfficeRTool. Then KMS activation will work.

Have anyone used vlmcsd to activate office 2016 along with the tap driver?. I have came across a GitHub account that uses vlmcsd for windows 10 activation. Is there any similar way for doing office 2016 activation?.
OfficeRTool uses vlmcsd, too. If you have done Office Retail to Volume conversion, KMS activation works.
the script incorrectly creates the Office 2019 installer. It does not add the configure for x86 or x64 xml file and the setup file. It will not work without it
I already found some small glitches in 2018/June/20 version and have fixed them. Especially multi, mixed products install was not working. And yes, Office 2019 was broken, sorry. New install method is using "OfficeClick2Run.exe". Files "configure??.xml" and "setup.exe" are not needed anymore. OK. My main test environment is 64bit. Will create 32bit/x86 and test. Will check what happens when new 32bit/x86 environment is ready.
