How to update to modded bios while is it already updated lates version

    Have you tried to update in DOS?

    most versions of winphlash have an advanced button you can press where you can tick a flash anyway option. I can't see if yours does as you have a window covering it but have a look and see it should be there.

    thank you for your replies.

    I've found a different solution,

    There is another bios on Toshiba's website that notified as "Only for xp based computers"

    I download the bios for xp based systems and flash bios with using winphlash after flashing I canceled the autorestart and chose modded rom and flash bios with the modded rom again.

    @ phrunt; I have WinPhlash 1.6.6.0 and there is only 2 radio button as "Backup & Flash" and "Only Flash"

    Open phlash.ini

    add:

    [UI]
    advanced=1

    to enable advanced button.....then change the checkboxes (verify after programming ticked only...)
