@Enthousiast I thought I could be wise and use the September updated ISO (en-gb_windows_10_consumer_editions_version_1809_updated_sept_2019_x64_dvd_3ee23238.iso) to lead me, using the Consumer to LTSC for Feb Repo, to get an updated LTSC for September, But I failed to extract the ISO. Is there any work out on this? Thank you for any idea
Why do you think that a sept. 2019 refresh iso can be used to create a sept updated LTSC? A svf patch is made from a source iso and a target iso, the patch is the difference between the two of them. SVF patches are not updates, to be able to do what you suggest is first make an updated LTSC iso and create the patch, using the updated LTSC iso as target and the sept. updates consumer iso.

@Enthousiast That's golden information. Should have there first! Ugh I'm on a MacBook Air right now and the only thing I can do is get an ISO and create a bootable USB. The SVF and UUP utilities are all Windows Executables. Could you post a fast, working link to an Win10Pro-1809 ISO with the latest patches pretty please? Once I get my T470s loaded with Win10Pro I'll start putting together SmartVersion Tools and scripts.

Why am I not being offered KB4516077 on 1809? It's supposed to be offered through the regular win update Edit: I ended up installing it manually, but I still want to know why it wasn't offered
Does it include the patch for the IE exploit? It wasn't in the notes How do we know it includes the IE patch?
