Well this is weird. I updated my laptop to 1809 via the esd business ISO but when I checked for updates, 1809 was offered again lol

EDIT:

It just finished. Didn't exactly do anything it just "Downloaded" the update and installed. I think it just listed itself on the update history. Didn't even restart which is not normal for a feature update. Anyway... it's just weird that it got offered again lol.

 

To create a SmartVersion ISO of the EN-GB 2019 LTSC I use 17763.1.180914-1434.rs5_release_CLIENT_LTSC_EVAL_x64FRE_en-us.iso file and the en-gb_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_x64_dvd_cd49b901.svf file.
Is this correct?

 

Yep, I converted the svf to sfx and ran the exe to extract the en-GB ISO

I have my Windows region set to United States and language to English and my Regional Format is set to English (Europe) to have 24H clock instead of 12H.
It works fine in the OS but on the Lock Screen and in Game Bar it keeps display in 12H format. Any way to change it without changing the region?

 

You need applying language and time format settings to the welcome screen.
