Windows 8 Developer and Consumer Preview worked, but no supported Windows 8 version does. There is no lasting way to bypass these checks (maybe only with patching kernel which begs for trouble). Short answer: No.
Same answer. MS decided hardware DEP/NX is a prerequisite for running Windows 8 since Release Preview. I do not think that change will be reversed ever. Checks are in kernel and non-compliant CPUs are hardblocked.
Yes, from what I know, every Windows 8 requires it. Don't you think if Enterprise didn't then all guys and gals with old CPUs would rather run that SKU instead of complaining?
How did you install Windows 8 on a processor without nx, XD, pea etc? I have a dell dimension 2400 with a Pentium 4 2.8GHz and 768MB of RAM, and can not install Windows 8 because Un-Supported Processor
