Is it possible that someone could mod my bios?

    ok, I burnt the image, after modifying it, to CD- but it won't work on my laptop. I know the CD works as I have tried it on my other computer and it boots from it fine. I have tried other bootable CD's on my laptop and they work just fine...

    Any ideas as to why my laptop isn't recognizing this CD?
