All builds since Windows 8 Release Preview require it, without exception. And probably all future builds will as well.
Is the ReFS present in this version? I tried to format a usb flash drive and a partition, but there are only fat32, ntfs, exfat, etc...
Use Universal-USB-Installer-1.9.2.7. Run program. Use Windows 8 Installer from dropdown menu. Browse to ISO file. Choose USB device. Program will then create a bootable USB. Works every time...
If you had done your "homework", means read BEFORE asking, you had known that there isn't an 64bit version of this build yet!
