So, for those who already installed the update, are apps windowed or the taskbar only appears while the cursor is above it? Edit: Nevermind, just saw that they're not windowed. Can't understand why tho, if there's all to make it that way.
Is Avast antivirus 2014 working after installing this leak & does the latest Micrsoft Toolkit work with it?
ok, successfully installed the x64 packages on a Server 2012R2 Standard with Desktop Experience, remote desktop services and Office 2013, living in a VM. It seems to work just fine. All I notice different so far is the metro apps on taskbar; power and search buttons on the home screen; alphabet in the full list; and title bar on metro apps when the mouse is near the top (why didn't they go all the way and let metro apps run windowed?!). Install procedure was double click the smaller MSU, then the bigger one and let it reboot. Maybe I should have rebooted first, the VM had been running 23 days, but I didn't think about it at the time. The big file takes just enough time to install at zero percent on the progress bar to make you think it's hung. It isn't, be patient. I know what I'll be doing this weekend while also watching the big winter sports thing.
