Would anyone happen to have the latest BIOS modified for the T60 Widescreen model and the correct xrm file? Thanks!
yeah, I believe that it means Over Write, too. I don't exactly get this part: WHAT DOES BuildSLP.BAT+" "+BIOS File name MEAN ??? HOW DO I ENTER THAT
run "command prompt" go to your path of SLP20Tool type BuildSLP.BAT<space> Your bios file example: BuildSLP.BAT ZR1_3508.WPH it's say "Patch Success." but i don't know work or not
got 'ya I played with it a little and got about as far, but was worried because of the two warnings at the links... i have no idea what they mean thanks
Additional info regarding my approach: Look at BIOSCOD3.ROM, find the lenovo string. At this place is defined what OEM table ID is exactly used at all tables. So if you'll find there "LENOVO TP-7B" ALL table names will be LENOVO TP-7B!! So in that case you'll neeed a "7b" cert. to activate it! Either you have to find the cert. or you have to rename that string. Both is a sort of difficult, because you have to reinsert the modified BIOSCOD3.ROM into the biosfile again. After you've applied the SLP tool, open again the modified bios with PBE and check for the additional inserted SLIC table. Check its name, for the OEM table and table ID and check for errors. Make sure you are using the same SLIC as defined at BIOSCOD3.ROM. The string at BIOSCOD3.ROM will rename all tables!!!!! I don't have access to the tools here........and unfortunately I don't have the time anymore to try it, before I'll be away.....
