    newest/latest government tool MARKER.EXE

    i PM skycn123 and asked if he can get the latest/newest version, since he said that he has the engineer account and can download it... let's wait to see what he says

    RW-everthing dump RSDT

    and i guess this is why the rw-everything dump has been so important, so that the modder can just search for whatever the dump says the RSDT is, and then replace it at that location... right?:confused:

    Had the same issue, booted off the 32-bit Win7 CD, opened a command prompt and flashed from there. No issues.
