I only do if extra requested and add it into the filename like _no_whitelist or no_FRU.
Post a proper request and I'll do....;)

I've found bios for X61 with whitelist disabled by you previously in this thread, and friend of mine still asks for X61T with whitelist check disabled.

Also i've tried to follow your bios editing guide, but was stuck at the first stage of decompressing the modules from rom. PBE starts to open the rom and after decompressing 73 modules gives some error which stops the decompression, so i'm not sure that all of the modules were extracted and if extracted correctly.

Don't worry.:) It sounds good, fixing the link address to next module and the module number 05, just pad the bytes with FFh since the patched modules compressed size will be smaller.
Use PBE's rom.log to locate the original offset (start and end of BIODSCOD5.ROM). Pad the excess bytes with FFh bytes.
When done, re-open your mod with PBE and check the module.. No other error must occur, except subscript out of range....

Something didn't go well. After opening the modded bios with PBE and looking into rom.log file,
the BIOSCOD5.MOD name changed to BIOSCOD0.MOD, and as there is already BIOSCOD0.MOD exists it shows twice,
so its not good at all. What could cause that name change and if it can be fixed?

Maybe you didn't correct the module index byte: 31 31 05
Referring to old style Phoenix bios.
