-Manufacturer: Lenovo -Motherboard Model: Thinkpad T510 -Bios revision: 1.24 -Bios Type: Phoenix BIOS -Bios Download Link BIOS -RW Everything Report Download Link: http://www.mediafire.com/?wkwz2jjnznw Can someone please mod this for Win7 Ultimate? Thanks
Trying to modify my T61 BIOS v2.27 to support SLIC2.1. RW-Everyting is stating that my BIOS table is LENOVOTP-7L, TP-7L but I could't find any TP-7L SLIC2.1 files. Can I use the TP-7U-LTP file instead or will that brick my system? Thanks EDIT: Good news I decided to try it and it worked fine!!!
I just wanted to post that you can go on. If the tools reports success you should be fine. I'm using different ID's as well when I have to. Enjoy.

This is no proper request. There is no link and no rw everything report. When I'm doing mods I want to have a correct link and an rw everything report to mod it quickly. Don't forget that YOU are the one requesting a mod which means you want something.... @all Please keep in mind that I need the correct bios version, OS (64 bit or 32 bit flasher) and an rw-everything report. I'll mod ASAP all bioses at this page...
Sorry, I'll fix it as soon as possible, while that notebook is not mine, so I have to borrow it for RW file. I'll be back as soon as possible. Thank you!
Update to the same original biosversion before. Close all applications. Run your 32 or 64 bit winphlash, choose the mod $01C1200_SLIC.ROM from the 6MET61WW folder. Upon opening the WinPhlash, click "Advanced Settings" then check and uncheck the boxes so it looks like this: ("Flags" Tab): [ ] Verify BIOS part number [ ] Flash only if BIOS version is different [ ] Flash only if BIOS version is newer [ ] Verify BIOS image size [ ] Verify BIOS checksum [ ] Zero block before erasing [x] Verify block after programming [x] Disable Axx swaping automatic detection .... (if present) [ ] Clear CMOS Checksum ("DMI" tab) "Update": Select "Update the BIOS and not DMI" http://slics.myftp.org/Lenovo/Thinkpad_T510_6muj16us_OA21.rar

Hi, I also have an Lenovo T61 with slic 2.0 and I would like to get slic 2.1 and I was wondering if the fact that no RW file was provided for the previous BIOS could make the update more risky? Let me know if the previous one if fine for me . here my own spec: -Motherboard Manufacturer and Model : Lenovo T61 -Bios Revision : 2.27-1.08 -Bios Type : Phoenix -Bios SLIC : Slic 2.0 -Bios Link : http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-67988, http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/pccbbs/mobiles/7luj26us.exe -Rw-everything report: http://www.mediafire.com/?wzinynlnnno Thanks you very much
Hello, I'm newbie on this forum. I would like to ask members here, if is possible to mod T43/p (machine 2668-G1U) BIOS to skip HDD compatibility check or add custom hard-disk drivers to whitelist in the BIOS? I successfully extracted *.FL1 BIOS file to each *.ROM modules, but what to do now? Could somebody help me? Thank you!
Posting here for the first time after crawling for about a week: Code: -Motherboard Manufacturer and Model: Lenovo ThinkPad T60 (Model 1952-E84) -Bios Revision: 2.26 (79ETE6WW) -Bios Type: Phoenix/Lenovo (?) -Bios SLIC: 2.0 modded to 2.1 (OEM Table ID: TP-79; No certificate for it found) -Bios Link: http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/pccbbs/mobiles/79uj33uc.iso --> modded to SLIC 2.1 with {Lenovo T60 2.26 [DOS Win 32 Bit]} found here. -Rw-everything report: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=GT9RRHS8 It's been said it was possible to mod these bioses to add 802.11N capacity to the wlan cards, is that true? And if so, will that be available with these mods? On a last note, thanks a million for these! -- keijo
@darthcloud You may use the previous mod, it is as safe as with rw everything report. Andy's tool uses the report to get the settings to make it easy for the users...since I'm familiar and have developed (greetings to Zhaoliang) the approaches for Lenovo I can mod without the report, anyway a report saves a lot of time. The mods here can: -activate W7 / Vista all SLP versions (my name therefore: OA21, other bios modders name them SLIC21) -support all hardware (such as wlan adapter), no restriction (my name therefore: no_whitelist) Not all mods here have removed the whitelist check! Keijo, yes it's true (at most of Lenovo models). Every mod here with the suffix no_whitelist can run every wlan card. If you want another Lenovo to be modded just make a request, I'll try then to remove the whitelist check. Here the T60 can both of it: (have a look at my filename ) http://forums.mydigitallife.net/thr...nkpad.?p=285894&highlight=79ETE6WW#post285894 If I'm not able the remove the list, I can try to add a particular card. Regarding whitelist mod only and some info about (no OA21), please use this thread: http://forums.mydigitallife.net/thr...s-to-break-hardware-restrictions-mod-requests. Some members want to have both.
I can try to remove the entire whitelist check. I don't know if the HDD compatibility check is gone then... Custom HDD drivers to the whitelist of the bios? lol. The whitelist is a list of OEM vendors and devices which are allowed to run, nothing else. How would you add a driver to a list??? Drivers are usually provided by the OS. The bios initializes the hardware and the bus.(S-ATA) Please post a link I can try to remove the whitelist.....it's a complex operation.
