Looking for R0250Y0 bios sony fw11e laptop

    In windows doesnt work. In dos I get the message Error: Unable to load driver

    Hmm..
    Yes DOS cannot work, it's for win.
    What about to start WBFLASH.exe?

    Through wbflash.exe I get the message 'The system BIOS is current, and does not need an update' :eek:

    I don't know why afuwin doesn't work. When you run AFUWIN R0250Y0.ROM /P /N /E at cmd is there a error message?

    Finally AFUWIN worked through cmd (when I run it as administrator) the process is over now.

    Do I have to turn off the laptop- restart it?

    I turned off the system but during the boot of windows vista asks to activate windows mmm... the system works perfectly with r0250Y0.

    Now with the old bios 025 the laptop is quieter also activation was very easy with these instruction. A happy chap :)

    Yen, please, I must fond the Rom file of the 027 bios, I try to extract it from EP0000209762.exe but I can't found .rom file... Can you help me?
