    only problem now i get HDD password :( XE207726648-595b

    Can i just reformat with a disk now?

    Maybe try this one: fzwx84gb

    Also FWIW, both of these are case sensitive...make sure you didn't have the caps lock on. Also I'm assuming that you're using a standard QWERTY keyboard layout right?

    Awesome. So just to recap (since I've never dealt with a different keyboard layout), did you just type the keys like it was a QWERTY keyboard layout?

    i need help.

    i have a Dell Latitude D830 with Bios version A09 and my Service TAG is 96M4W3J.
    I have loose my PW to unlock my bios system settings.
