That's great... As long as the "white fluffy" clouds abide by their terms of service. History has taught us that many don't, others claim to and make a valiant effort to, but eventually cave to the pressures. Yet others are corrupt from the get go. Hopefully dropbox is not one of those. And that just brought back a memory, and I just have to say that I truly miss Altavista.
It's actually been stated in several court cases that EULA's are not legally binding precisely because no one ever reads them...
+1 coromonadalix , the point is to get data and use it for development but thats not what people wants. Nobody wanna get naked in front of strangers.
What are you trying to insinuate with that? That Dropbox terms of service can easily be breached without users consent.
The reason for it is that an EULA cannot and must not overrule/violate national laws. Also a contract made by two private instances cannot overrule/violate national laws. Thank god if something should come to court national laws are applied and not the EULA. I am pretty sure if enough people would go for a class action it could be successful in court. Current EULA is questionable concerning legality in some countries.

Скоро сказка сказывается, да не скоро дело делается.Скоро сказка сказывается, да не скоро дело делается. syswow64 is not a fairytale that i care to believe in, chef.. a useful answer is different for everyone.so speaking strictly for myself; i have looked around in my w7 install. found lots of stuff i did not like, even if i disabled all updates around june 1. like that syswow directory. so i drew a conclusion. m$ is not to be trusted. they can slip in garbage even in your mse... so i switched to linux. i found it stable, and safe. for my activities in the www it is more than adequate. so i decided to ditch m$ from my activities in the www. and i am not wailing yet.
The best advertising for Linux is actually Windows 10. I'm very happy with my Mint 17.2, never touched Windows since I installed it except for gaming.
