Yes the ADK+WinPE addon needs to be installed otherwise the installer won't install the the Dart Recovery Wizard needed to create the standalone ISO. You'll also need to install SDK for the debugger if you want debugging.

 

I am also looking for the DaRT pack. However following the link you posted results in an empty folder. Is there a new link?

No idea why they are not identical, logically they should be

 

Don't know about the "SW_DVD5_Dsktp_Optimization_Pck_SA_2015_MultiLang_-2_MLF_X21-93415.ISO".
But the other is the Multi Language(WIN 7, WIN 8, WIN 10) "mu_microsoft_desktop_optimization_pack_2015_x86_x64_dvd_5975282.iso" that's been floating around the internet.

I do know some have Vista and XP in it, maybe that's why they are different?

when i enter dart 10 32bit the system is offline. i can't change the password because i use a 32 bit iso.
