    Worked like a champ! Thanks guys. I wish I could say the same about a Biostar T720. The thing will not boot. Thanks for all the hard work on all of this, and also the thread on bios recovery.......Using that on the biostar tomrrow. :)

    Of which T720 are you speaking?? The only one I recall worked well. It was TF720. An AM2+ board.

    BIOSTAR TForce TF720 A2+ AM2+. I used the quick easy method for my Asus and the biostar. I am planning on recovering it and Will try again in a couple days.

    depends on the board. Newer ones not at this time..older ones are possible, but it depends on which one..:D:D

    The VIA VT6421 is a SATA RAID card for a PCI slot. The retarded manufacturers didn't provide a way of making the hard drives boot in DOS. From what I have read if you add the VIA ROM file in to the BIOS it should work.

    Hi Please help me im about to bang my head against the wall...

    i have a dell optiplex 760 small form factor, with bios version A01 and i cannot mod the bios and cant find a modded bios.... cant even find out if it supports oem activation, but i assume it does because of the advanced and graphic bios... i downloaded A02 version from dell.ca and it was a .exe file so i ran the command in cmd.exe to write out the .rom file but i could not open the rom file in any bios editor...

    please please if anyone is capable of modding it or know wher i can get it please it would be such a great help...

    thanks in advance

    Thanks zort, next days I'll have a look at it to update my knowledge :)

    @THC-Mind:
    Regarding your nickname I suggest to you to change your mind to (2S)-N-methyl-1-phenyl-propan-2-amine. It's better for realising the mod.....

    Just kidding.........:D;):)

    Is the ISA method still working for AWARD BIOS?
