The next version of ToolKit comes with a new version of WADK Tools v10.0.16190.0, let's see if this solves the issue.

On a separate note I noticed people saying that removing Xbox and Store ends up messing up functions of the Game Mode and GameDVR. In what way? I disabled Game Mode and GameDVR and GameBar - all of that via Settings and then using these registry entries:
Guess what? GameBar and GameDVR were turned off, but GameBarPresenceWriter.exe process continued to show up during launch of every game. I used Process Hacker latest Beta and began exploring that GameBarPresenceWriter.exe was connected to a bunch of .DLL files in System32 folder and SysWOW64 folder. I had to UNLOAD handles to even see them using Unlocker and then I noticed GameDVR in "C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\GameDVR" handle or sub-process or whatever attaching itself to Explorer.exe and within it was the "KnownGameList.bin" file, which also attached to Explorer.exe and I think that file is responsible for the OS knowing when you play a game. That file is present in Windows directory too, but I think its the one in User folder that is being used as it was nearly impossible to rename that file and that folder with Unlocker without unloading whichever handle or sub-process from Explorer. Upon restart GameDVR folder re-created itself, but this time without the KnownGameList.bin file and FINALLY, OS was no longer detecting games and all my micro-stutter problems vanished and FPS stayed the same. All-in-all Game Mode SUCKS. You should search the registry and see for yourself, MS is trying to adjust some FrameTime-related stuff. With Game Mode ON my FPS were slightly higher, but during benchmarking I would get 3-4 second stalling pauses, so IMHO Game Mode is MS trying to up the numbers at the cost of actual performance!

NOTE: I renamed all Game-related folders and files (added .org extension), but before doing that I created an Acronis True Image Backup called "PointOfNoReturn" where DISM RestoreHealth and SFC ScanNow showed no problems because renaming those files will break both DISM and SFC and oddly, renaming those files BACK to their original name does NOT restore the DISM and SFC breakage and neither DISM nor SFC can fix it...

    Some Questions:
    - Does using Xbox App to turn off GameDVR and Game Mode prevent GameBarPresenceWriter process from showing up? You can easily find out by using Process Hacker and launching any popular or semi-popular game and then seeing of GameBarPresenceWriter process shows up.
    - Is there a way to disable it without creating all this mess of renaming files or moving them or deleting them?

Please enable by default the addition of the new metro skin for the Windows Photo Viewer.

Oh yeah, the Windows Photo View Metro skin did not work for me... Is there a way to apply it manually without breaking DISM and SFC?

I have added the ability to integrate the Language Pack and also update it's entry in Lang.ini for WinPE/Windows Image, But I left the default language as it is.

I will check with the Installation and see what's causing it.

Yes, I saw that you use different methods ... Hence my interest in observing the differences ...

    They are all great jobs.

And my ability, only allows me to observe differences ...

I hope you had the knowledge you have ...

But I'm comfortable with seeing, observing, trying and learning a little ... That's okay with me.

Thanks for your data, I could see, as you have to name them .... I will use a lot to continue inquiring.

    Hug.

PS: Do not worry, because of the low speed of loading, I understand and with your words is enough.

Thanks again, and very grateful for everything.

If the MCT downloads the same build as the MSDN/Techbench iso contains it shouldn't be any difference servicing/modifying the install.wim from the resulting iso.

Afaik MSMG is not modified to service 14393.447 (jan 2017 refresh), so if the MCT version, which downloads those esd files to create the iso, is used there will be errors, MSMG toolkit would error when trying to remove all apps.
