    I have same problem. I usually remove everything, so tried to keep WMP but it didn't help.

    Hello MSMG ;
    I have downloaded Windows 10 Build 16232 iso and tried to crop it with MSMG Toolkit version 7.5
    Everything was okay till "Removing Advanced Windows Components"
    The tool couldnt remove most of the advanced windows components
    Is this a bug at my side or is it a general bug ?
    Thank you

    MSMGs toolkit performed fabulously on my 16232 ISO. I put the toolkit on my C-drive. The path is C:\ToolKit-v7.5.

    To dhjohns and Tiger-1 ;
    Have you ever tried to remove the items in " Remove Advanced Windows Components" ?
    If yes , have you followed the resullt of each step if the toolkit could remove the components completely ?
    for example when removing Windows defender , it says the defender couldnt be removed and see the error log , and at the end it says "the operation completed succesfully"

    Hi tefor well I think that you put MSMG Toolkit in C:\ and when starting you right click and run as administrator if yes then ask to MSMG directly what happen

    Thank you dhjohns and Tiger-1 ;
    @Tiger1 , actually i am running the MSMG toolkit form C:\Users\Administrator\Downloads
    Since i am using built-in administrator account , i dont need to right click and select run as administrator
    I changed the location to E:\MyFiles and then i repeated the process. Unfortunately it again gave the same error while removing advanced components.

    You really need to run from a regular account such as your MS account, right click and run as admin. Put it on your C drive. You are causing your own problems by trying to do things from the built in admin account.

    DISM does not work if you don't run as administrator. Set it up on C drive with an account other than built in administrator. Right click toolkit command file, and select run as administrator, and it will work. Guaranteed.

    May be you didn't read the Note I had put in the post

    https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/msmg-toolkit.50572/page-159#post-1355137

    Last I had tested The ToolKit was with W10 RS3 Build 16226 and it didn't allow the Hyper-V and IE removal completely.

    Will check with the latest RS3 build and update the ToolKit.
