Hi MSMG well this morning I'm working with Toolkit v7.7 with iso of 16299.15.170928-1534.RS3_Release_ClientConsumer_Oemret_x64FRE_pt-BR so when I try remove item Mail is show as is not internal or external common one operable program or batch files but same so I continue all process made my iso to install in my 3rd machine for test; still when my job is concluded hehe now I can make fresh install to see what happens unfortunately is not possible upload dism.log because is very large around 4.9mb thanks in advance

I don't believe that you can remove Cortana but keep the ability to search your start menu. I've had to use other start menu apps like Start is Back.

"Windows Search" I believe is the indexing service for the rest of the computer, like when you search from inside Windows Explorer (file manager).

I removed Defender in 1607 x64 LTSB, and I don't see any Windows Defender services.

and if I want to integrate the NET Framework 3.5?
should i use that for RS2?
Because that's not for RS3 NET Framework 3.5

 

Well, I was kinda anxious haha, so I got around it using the mentioned store re-installer.
Tested on a VM first, but it's working fine so far, on both my desktop and laptop.

this time when I used the toolkit v7.7 but on the latest RS3 RTM build, I removed Windows Defender, but the Windows Defender Security Center Service was there and running so I had to disable it myself using NSudo. Previously, removing Windows Defender also removed the Windows Defender Security Center Service

 

I can confirm what Phoenix said. Besides that it isn't possible to deactivate the firewall.
