Interesting. Problem is, NTLite is not free, well if you want to remove advanced stuff it ain't, and the basic free version is just that, basic. Quite expensive to buy also Does one get access to these 'Alpha' builds once purchased?
If you are referring to the current CMD version of ToolKit then it's currently only available in English. If it's about GUI version, then yes it comes with multi-language support.
Since The RS2 release many components have been merged and has made it difficult to remove using the normal DISM method, I had some how managed to use both the DISM and the manual method to remove some components like Defender/Onedrive But now RS3 has made it more complicated as even the Telemetry components have been moved into some other packages. For RS3 now under Telemetry Components only the Content Delivery Manager is left for removal and it makes no sense in keep that menu when there are no telemetry components there to remove. Now two things need to be fixed one Remove All Except Store App and the other is Windows Defender for the next release. 1) Using normal DISM method for Windows Defender, I will have to remove the sub-components one by one and install the OS and see if it's working and leave the one which is breaking the OS But this will not be like a complete removal. 2) Using the Manual method it was successful but making it automate using batch file is the problem as it involves : a) Remove the files/folder related to the component minus the files/folder which may be required for other components and this can be done easily. b) Remove/Add the Registry entries related to the component and this can be done but but some registry key when need to be added using the batch method is have problem as converting the registry entry from reg file format to batch file is not acceptable when executing the the batch file as it get terminated. If we use a reg file as a workaround for this problem it will work but again there's a problem like the registry entries contain the Image Version, Image SevicePackBuild Version, Image Default Language which will change. c) Remove the XML entries related to the component from certain XML files, if it's just removing a line we can do it easily but if we need to remove the whole tag then it becomes difficult. The GUI version of ToolKit, I will be using the manual method of component removal as it's easily to accomplish. If it takes time to fix the Store and Defender Remvoal then I will release a early release of CMD Version with other features implemented.

I'm satisfied with version 7.7 for editing the RS3 image. removes all unnecessary components and applications. after installing the system of bugs did not notice.
The toolkit is a brutal tool, so far I have integrated all the updates in all editions of windows, from the 7 to the 10, except for windows 10 thershold 1, because I do not know what happens with this version of windpws 10, already I tried with several tools and none of them works to integrate the cumulative updates because the others integrate seamlessly.´´ I collect microsoft products since windows 3.1
I didn't try WinReducer EX-100 but what's more complete and easier to use: MSMG ToolKit, NTLite (the paid version) or WinReducer EX-100? Does WinReducer EX-100 support RS3? EDIT: After all WinReducer EX-100 asks me to activate the license so it isn't free.
