@MSMG I think I found a bug for you to check out. Thankfully, it is a minor one. I posted earlier that removing Hyper-V was breaking my install. However, after some testing, I discovered that Hyper-V wasn't the culprit, but using MSMG Toolkit to rename a .WIM source was causing the Windows Setup to fail with "Windows cannot access files required for installation." I verified this by loading a functional .iso into MSMG Toolkit, making no changes to it, then renaming the .WIM source using [8] Tools Menu > [1] WIM Manager > [2] Rename. I just tested this a few times, and I was able to reproduce it. After I figured that out, I've been making all of my changes and avoiding that option, everything has worked great since then.
Hi can you please tell us whats wrong with game pack (if anything needs to be replaced or changed in the registry or else), or if you have a quick fix for that, it would be of great help. Want to create a full functional ISO without any bugs, thats why
ok understand, as I use classicShell some things already resolved then need learn how to develop my own desktop shell who know if in some manner I can try import desktop shell of Windows 7 and rewrite it for Windows 10 thanks for the fast answer anyway
Can you please explain what I need to do if I want to work with the MCT image? I saw the option to convert from MCT to WIM, but I would appreciate if you can explain what are the steps to do this right. Thanks!
May be using the wimlib-imagex.exe along with the DISM to set the DISPALY NAME and DISPLAY DESCRIPTION might be causing the bug.
If you had remove All apps then it will remove all tiles from the StartMenu and this will make the 3rd party apps not to load but if you remove a selected App then it won't remove all tiles from StartMenu. Use the Remove 3rd Party Apps Tweak from Customize Menu.
Yes, I'm still checking with the games pack to know what's causing it, will let you know once I do find it.
I haven't updated the MCT Image from long time, I think it needs to updated to work with the present combined editions MCT Image.
Removing all the components of the Xbox still affects the launch of the Store and Photos applications. Without the Xbox Identity Provider component, they do not start.
Yes when All Apps are removed using the DISM method, its removing the dependency package of Store too. Either you need to remove all apps and then integrate the store app or you will need to wait until I do convert all apps and component to use the ToolKitHelper method for removal.
