You can download the Arabic (ar-SA) LP cab from the MS and integrate it using the Integrate Updates from ToolKit.
Yes the first post needs to have proper Documentation, FAQ and Known issues list, due to lack of time I'm not able work on it. The ToolKit already says the Source Images not found but will put a note to specify the missing file instead. Yes I do have Intel Centrino Duo 1.5GHz with 2.5GB RAM and it's my main PC and work PC too, running a WIM-ESD will literally get hang if doing multi-tasking.
Sorry I can't give an ETA for Italian or any other language support for removing components like Windows Defender for RS3 as I'm busy with several tasks. But it should work with any language as only one registry key difference was there for each language and when I tried the ToolKit with zh-CN ISO it worked without any issues. Do try out see if it works.
Ok, I got it working now. I installed it and everything I selected to be removed was. The only issue I have now is that the Store app does not launch. I selected to remove all apps besides the Store. I also removed the app association. Does removing the association cause the apps to not work? I also encountered a bug with the start menu. When you open the start menu, you can't close it by clicking an empty part of the taskbar. You have to click outside the start menu. Anyone experience this?
yep in another test when working with W10 1703 really Photos & Store have severals issues same removing one by one and except this 2 itens I see into Log file that appear very clear since start Dism point failed components but unfortunately I don't can post because file is huge so I conclude that Builds 1703 and 1709 stay very dificult to work for me only rest to work Build 14393
when i'am doing toolkit inform that package not in the folder although it is present folder packs---langspack-----ar-SA folder
So it seems using this tool breaks some functionality and it's just not for me. This might be good for someone who is constantly re-installing the OS, but there are better options for cleaning up the Windows junk that don't break the Windows store and have a lot of stuff MSMG misses.
Yes but are paid tools while MSMG ToolKit is free. Even NTLite version paid breaks the system if you do not know what you are doing. Another similar and free tool is WinReducer however it takes a long time to remove things in the image and by the changelog it is noted that it is very buggy anyway. Tools that remove parts that make up the OS will constantly have these problems. If you want a stable and fully functional OS it is best to disable things instead of removing them. Removing components is a trial and error mechanism to know what you can remove and what you can not remove.
as AeonX says they are lots of tools to slim down win 10, tried a lot of them and they do sometime crash windows or render apps non working, i use batch, registry and script files to disable things instead of removing them, saved me lots of troubles, and they are reversible if ... me too i'm sick of the M$oft ways of doing, forcing us things/apps we or i dont want. For me it should be an obligation to have the choice to remove what we dont want ... from the control panel apps, simple as that. We are still stuck with Edge and IE ... You want a slimmer windows, put pressure on M$oft, not on Msmg MSMG is doing what he can ... but M$oft is playing a lot on my nerves outputting a new version every month / 2 weeks or more, added and removed features, blah blah blah the list never ends and change constantly, hard time to track and list them, i have slowed down all the downloads cycles until i heard a version is stable enough to do the job i whant. We could Kickstart msmg to get him a more powerful computer instead of always complaining this and that ??? ... Me too i have complained in the past and doing so wont help thoses who are willing to help or take their precious time to do so.
