Don't use the Integrate Windows Language Pack menu if you are using just the LP cab file, instead use the Integrate Windows Updates Menu. Copy the ar-SA language pack file to <ToolKit\Updates\w10\x64> folder and use Integrate Windows Updates Menu. so thanks man very clear
OK. Thx. It remains to wait for the new version of the ToolKit. Today, just came out new updates to integrate into the ISO image.
MSMG, firstly thank you so much by GREAT JOB..!! Sorry my bad english..!! When I remove All Apps, except Store works fine, but when I try to install some Apps after, it is broken and doesn't works fine..!! Is it a normal in this new version Windows 10..??
This has already been discussed earlier. Do not need to delete all applications except the Store, otherwise the Store itself stops working and new installed applications too. You need to wait for a new version of the Toolkit.
hi, thanks for this great tool, i have been using win10 lite since creator came out but please, can you make the menu 4,4,2 more easy? can you make a key to delete all like the other pages of remove crap. i hate to go through every letter remove advanced windows components i meant, you know, press a, then b, then c, please just add a letter to kill all also if you could, just a menu to delete all crap from every page with just one press
Once the core app gets close to perfect it might be time to make those requests but for now lets just appreciate the development process and how hard it is debugging the BS MS pulls. Eventually multi-select would be a great way to speed up the modification process but I can wait.
well i always delete all crap msmg allows me and never had issues, games, apps, medioa, office, everything is perfect for me to this day i just wish msmg would requiere less attention, less key presses.
Now that's a good idea! Especially since there are some cases where you must leave one or two things out of 20+ so you have to do the rest manually one by one. I know making feature requests at this point isn't really "respectful(?)" but if this was an easy change to make, it would be a very significant improvement. The whole point of MSMG is to reduce the work and time required to get a functional OS image after all.
Like where I said: "Eventually multi-select would be a great way to speed up the modification process but I can wait."
How can I remove Biometrics and Location? When I remove Telemetry it removes Content Delivery Manager. Are they related? It's irrelevant if I run Start.cmd or ToolKit.cmd? EDIT: I'm also unable to remove Windows Reader after copying Microsoft.Reader to the RemoveAppsList. txt file and choosing the Removing Default Metro Apps Using Apps List option. It says the provisioned appx package doesn't exist.
Can confirm even regular LTSB fails. Remove all -- Everything, including advanced options and tools (leaving nothing) Blue screen upon install. --- This worked before, do not know what changed this time. Tried with adding the update and without adding the update, same results -- Obviously, adding the updates 1st, before removing stuff (minus .Net which must be added after removing stuff)
Same issue here with LTSB 2016 without errors. BSOD on clean install at first reboot. Use ToolKit v.6.9 and everything went fine.
For Windows 10 1709 Fall Creators Update. What do I have to add to "RemovePkgsList.txt" to remove Microsoft Connect App Microsoft Telemetry Services Microsoft Skype ORTC Microsoft Xbox Game Callable UI Windows Desktop File Explorer App Windows Mixed Reality Windows People Experience Host Windows Quick Assist App Windows Take Test App Microsoft Edge Browser App Microsoft Internet Explorer UI Windows Cortana ^& StartMenu Search App Windows SmartScreen As I try adding some packages to it. But most say it doesn't exist.
Also recommend using an older Toolkit for LTSB 2016. My signature has a link to a guide for version 6.9. [Edit] I just looked and my last successful LTSB 2016 build was done using ToolKit v7.3. This person claims having success building LTSB 2016 using ToolKit v7.7
Hi there. I tried to integrate the last cumulative november update to an 1709 image using the last toolkit version but i got an error during the integration of the update. Same update applied with dism++ and everything went fine.
Cumulative update should be integrated in original clean image 16299.15 only! What image did you use?
I think that is the one I'll seek out. @MSMG I think it would be easier for you if you made a tool for LTSB and older. As Microsoft continues to make changes it will be harder to maintain support for the older versions, while adding the support for the newer Windows versions in the same tool (a lot to keep track of). An LTSB build is something you would only need to revisit once every 3 - 4 years, anyways. Having 2 branches of your tool would allow you to continue to develop, without having to revisit the past so often (making your job easier).
