Still I haven't added the MUI pack for WinToGo to work for all languages, currenly only en-GB has been added.
If the error is Element not found while doing Cleaning up the Source Image then it's normal, even in past it has occured, If not then will check with the Home Edition. I had tested .NetFX 3.5 with en-GB which is the Image I do use myself for my system and it worked, since you are using Multi-Index servicing, I need to test and see what's wrong. Note: The ToolKit won't work with Multi-Arch AIO/Hybrid ISO's when Multi-Index is choosen.
Regarding the folder permission bug it was solved long before. The photos and store apps not woking is a known issues which is yet to be solved and the downloaded apps not loading was recently reported.

7.7 with LTSB I found only 1 bug which can be fixed within the install. When integrating the games pack, the shortcuts in the start menu point to nothing. This can simply be fixed by deleting the old shortcuts and making new ones. Oringal shortcuts are found here /ProgramData/Start Menu/Programs/Games Games are actually located here /Program Files/Microsoft Games Send your shortcuts to your desktop 1st, then move them to the start menu. -- Problem solved. MSMG gave me no errors when making the ISO and I am unsure why the shortcuts did not fully register, but it is simple enough to correct yourself.
