WHDownloader only downloads. It does not integrate them.
Maybe you put two updates in the servicingstack folder.
One of them could be flash and should not be in that folder. Please check.

In the toolkit you have to choose integrate whd updates.

    Cheers.

But I didn't say that I integrate the updates with WHDownloader...With WHDownloader i discharge them only!!!

I was wrong to make copy and paste of the paths...

    Windows10.0-KB4054517-x64
    to ToolKit-v8.0\Packs\WHD\w10\x64\Cumulative

    windows10.0-kb4053577-x64_c9809c15b7c929213f18b369c0611a98684cb453
    to ToolKit-v8.0\Packs\WHD\w10\x64\FlashPlayer

    Windows10.0-KB4054022-x64
    to ToolKit-v8.0\Packs\WHD\w10\x64\ServicingStack

However the updates are in the correct folders!!!

Nothing wrong with you. It will keep downloading and installing CU merely to nothing.

For RS3, the Cumulative Updates just won't accept certain converted Editions, e.g. ProfessionalWorkstation(N)/ProfessionalEducation(N)/ProfessionalCountrySpecific/ProfessionalSingleLanguage.

The very same condition happens to Media Feature Pack for certain RS3 converted N-Editions.

In Windows 8.1 the vast majority of updates generate the pending.xml.
WMF and NetFX 3.5, 4.7 and 4.7.1 as well.
In Windows 10 only NetFX 3.5 does this.

Windows Content Delivery Manager is the one which downloads the Windows spotlight background images.

If you had not removed it then check whether any registry tweaks have been applied to disable it.

First, tell me how did you integrate the updates to ProWorkstation converted image coz as far as my tests the updates won't get integrated to ProWorkstation image without modifying the update.mum file.

    @MSMG
I redid the test with the new version 8.0, on Windows 10.0.16299.15 italian and it works well, I have removed all the apps (4 - 1 - 4) but in the folder "c: \ Windows \ SystemApps" I still find many apps that I have to remove with NTLite.
Can you give me an explanation? Thank you.

P.S Sorry for English but I wrote with Google Translator

Yes with Windows 10.0.16299.15 Italian Image without updates integrated the ToolKit works but with updates Integrated the ToolKitHelper.exe is raising an exception and gets terminated due to which the mounted registry hives are not unmounted and further components is breaking with access denied error as the registry hives are mounted.

The below apps you have specified which are present in the SystemApps folder are not removed by ToolKit, coz I haven't added them for removal yet.

Please do read the changelog.txt and only the components specified under component removal are removed.

You are the expert here, would you be able to test it? So that maybe perhaps we could just stop integrating 3.5 altogether.

That tweak can and probably will cause problems for software that needs 3.5 to be present.

Isn't 1511 at it's EOL, except enterprise (and maybe education)?
