    1. gives:
    - Microsoft Windows 7 / Server 2008 R2 (x64) []
"en-GB" was unexpected at this time.

    2. works! I can get past Accept/Reject and on to the main menu.

I would like to request a Windows 7 SP1 (x64) language Pack for fr-FR please.

    Many Thanks for your help.

    @MSMG

    Windows 10 Professional x64 v1709 (en_windows_10_multi-edition_version_1709_updated_sept_2017_x64_dvd_100090817.iso)

After removing 'Windows Defender', 'Windows People Experience Host' and 'Windows SmartScreen' (I do it at last) all next operations (tweaks, apply/discard, quit) end with errors. This happens only if I integrate Cumulative update and ServicingStack update. Everything works perfectly when I integrate only Cumulative update.

Any official fixes for MSMG Toolkit 8.0 and LTSB 2016? It still worked for me, but sometimes you don't know that things are broken until it's too late!

I didn't say you said that, also. In my tests removing all the apps except the NET.Native., VCLibs, Calculator, Store and Photos apps causes this and if I only remove the aps app I don't have this problem. I've already asked but they don't answer me.

And what about mounting the image with PowerShell and removing the app?

The new method is good when no updates are integrated but with updates integrated some updated components also needs to be removed and this has to be done for every update, and this is not a good thing, I'm thinking of alternative ways to tackle with updates.

My tests are all with en-GB images and so it's difficult to know what's gone wrong, May be the Servicing Stack update might have changed something and the new method got broke in between.

Better do check whether the ToolKit Registry Mount points are mounted in the ToolKit after the 'Windows Defender', 'Windows People Experience Host' and 'Windows SmartScreen' removal, if they are then unmount them in the registry and then proceed with the ToolKit.

    - Remove Default Apps and Remove Windows Components provides the possible Apps/Components that are safe to be removed

    - Remove Apps using Apps List is for people who don't want to go through menus.

    - Remove Windows Components using Packages List is for people who wish to remove more components that are not removed by ToolKit.

    - Remove Default Apps or Remove Default Apps using Apps List works in the same way.

    - Remove Windows Components or Windows Components using Packages List doesn't work the same way coz in Windows Components method I have added many extra manual method to remove components and also it follows a order to remove the component and moreover the Windows Defender, Windows SmartScreen, Windows People Experience Host don't use the method used in Windows Components using Packages List.

Whole LP means for all 38 Languages? and how have you included the fssmres.dll? Did you included them in the cab or as a separate file?

Please do upload them, will see.

Nothing, but some say it was confirmed that 8.0 is not working fully with LTSB 2016.

Yup you're right. Just tested v8 and 2016 ltsb and msmg doesn't permanently activate windows. Not sure what the issue is really,
Thw good thing at least is that it does remove windows packages from ltsb very well.
