Could you tell me which updates you didn't manage to integrate into the iso offline ? afaik, using Simplix Pack allows to integrate all the necessary updates offline.
whatever command(s) is/are entered into the run or runonce area is ran at next boot. 'Run' area = each boot like having something in the startup folder. 'Runonce' = next boot only, ie runs that command once.

It's the log output of Simplix pack, you need to check the DISM /Image:<Mount-Path> /Get-Packages /Format:Table to see for the list of packages present/integrated in the image. If (kb2533552,kb3042058,kb3177467) updates are present in it then those updates are really indeed have been integrated.
