This is how you change MSMG toolkit to work with builds later than 16299. I have tested this many times with no issues. https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/msmg-toolkit.50572/page-306#post-1417122
yep bro thanks for your attention with me, still I have some issue with Firefox because some things are not working same when I try click in like button don't works strange and emoticons too!!! damn
Thanks for the response. Now with 4.7.1 there's also a hotfix (KB4054854) as well as a quality rollup (KB4073700). While this Quality rollup could simply be integrated as WHD Update but I'm still confused about how to integrate the hotfix. MSMG in response to your quarry said that 4.7.1 needs to be integrated with hotfix and that an updated version of the Toolkit will posted soon. Guess I'll just wait for it or experiment integrating it as WHD update. Though the wait might be longer as MSMG as not been seen around for a couple of weeks. Just one more question about WHD. The Toolkit offers to integrate the WHD packs in Boot, Install and Recovery with three distinct options. How would you tell which Update Pack meant to go where ?
At present, the ToolKit does integrates the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1 from WHD Repo too and reintegrating the same package doesn't break anything, In the upcoming version I have made changes to ToolKit to skip integrating the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1 from WHD Repo, But you should integrate the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1 pack provided for ToolKit before using the Integrate WHD Update Pack option. The ToolKit does the job of integrating which updates should be integrated to which images (Boot, Install and Recovery), you need to just Select Integrate Windows PE Updates menu.
@MSMG Does the next toolkit build have changes designed specifically for RS4? I have a system ready to go for testing when the time comes.
Not yet, I'm waiting for RS4 release so that I can have the actual RS4 Build No and make the required code changes needed.
Doing the same thing with my first RS4 install. I wont install it until the media creation tool is updated to download RS4.
Thank you for the help MSMG. That clears it out for .Net And yeah Toolkit does that but apparently it's asking me the question where I want to put the Baseline updates. The KB article I checked says that update is meant for Secure Boot Advanced Installer (securebootai.dll) so I guess it should go in all three categories or am I wrong ?
Most of the ToolKit features can be updated to support RS4, But the Remove Windows Components needs time to workout on code. For some component removal which needs ToolKitHelper method it will take more time as I need to prepare a RS4 mui image and then prepare the data required for component removal to support all languages.
