The error message about telemetry and defender removal was due to ToolKit trying to remove SenseClient Entries for Core Editions and The Core Editions doesn't have the SenseClient. What's the error you are getting for ESD->WIM and Which ISO are you using, is it MCT ISO? If yes then you need to use the Convert MCT ESD Image to WIM Image Menu.
Yes I do know about that, It is not a Provisioned App but instead it is a system package which needs to be treated with ToolKitHelper.exe.
1) There's nothing wrong with the ToolKit's Apps removal process, You need to read back the past posts/pages to know why the Xbox Live(Microsoft.Xbox.TCUI) is retained. The Xbox Live(Microsoft.Xbox.TCUI) is required for the functioning of Store App Reset/Fix in the Settings->Apps->Apps and features. But when the ToolKitHelper method is used it is not required and at present the ToolKitHelper is not yet updated for removal of Xbox. 2) Even I do have the same settings in the Phone section, But this is due to I have applied all privacy related tweaks.
I don't have this problem, every xbox app has been removed on my side, i used the v8.5 of the Toolkit and 17134.1 Pro ISO.
OK - I know the reason I didn't find. Look at my screenshot. Using option (1) will remove a bunch of packages, thats why I thought (2) also would remove several package a time - but (2) opens a minor menu.
