Hi MSMG, well I have a great doubt (using the MSMG Toolkit v 8.8 with the ISO of the W10 LTSB 2016) After removing all the desired components and made the ISO for the installation of the operating system what was done in the sequence my question is: All packages removed need be re-configured in: GPEdit.MSC, Services.msc and Task Scheduler? For example I removed Microsoft biometrics I need to do something in the three programs mentioned or not? I ask this because I know that of course will be reflected in the Registry so what can you tell me Thanks in advance
How do I integrate drivers? Do I use the .exe from the manufacturer, do I use the extracted folder from the exe? I'm not quite sure.
After more testing, it seems that I only get the 0x800f081f error when integrating the SSU (Servicing Stack Update) - this error only appears when installing the Cumulative Update via Windows Update. I can't say if this is a fault with MSMG Toolkit or the SSU. But from mow on, I will not be integrating the SSU. All this time I have not integrated and Windows has always worked for me. When I integrate the SSU, I get problems. The KB4343669 SSU was downloaded with WHDownloader then KB4343909 was integrated. I moved each file to MSMG Update folder and used the 3 > 4 > 1 integrate WU for each update.
I integrate all updates in the correct order: ssu, flash and at last the CU, always working fine, only 14393/2016 LTSB seems to have a problem installing the CU for a few months now.
I have built a new ISO with the KB4343669 SSU and latest KB4346783 CU. When the next Cumulative Update is released on WU, I will test this image. Perhaps I have ran into a problem with the latest CU when combined with the SSU.
Oke I experimented a bit with 1809 builds and removing cortana package breaks the setup installer so I removed all apps and edge and that does not break the installer just found out that after build 17744.1 this theory does not work because everything breaks the installer from upwards that build with toolkit gonne do a upgrade with untouched iso and check update : 17754.1 does not even work with untouched iso now trying 17751.1 and hope it will work !
So I figured it out finaly upgraded with 17744.1 and now upgrading to 177.54.1 seems to work somehow 1803 does not upgrade very well with the 1775X.1 series in one step
Ok. it seems like that the metro skins (calculator/photoview/media player) dont work with 17134.1? 1. mount dvd 2. adding windows custom features (calculator) 3. remove all metro apps 4. remove windows components (i keep the advanced components) 5. customize the image (adding skins for calculator/photoview/mediaplayer, disable cortana, disable driverupdate/installing apps) 6. cleanup 7. apply&save 8. rebuild 9. create new iso everything else works fine. but i cant start calculator, photoview or mediaplayer
been testing the 17751.1 (1809) a lot is working perfectly fine. only thing that i remove normally that didn't work was the defender. but no big deal as gpedit.msc does almost the same thing until its fixed (patched) again
have now tested with the KB4457128 CU released today and I still get the 0x800f081f with Windows Updates. So that tells me the SSU is somehow preventing my images from properly updating. I have been busy today, but I shall report back when I have had more time to integrate KB4457128 into my images without SSU.

Which options in MSMG must I use to properly update my image? I recall that I previously became confused about updating several images.
I tried the toolkit with an LTSB ISO and I noticed that the install size got bigger after all the removals, is this normal?
1. removing stuff won't always decrease install.wim size. 2. /StartComponentCleanup or /resetbase will. 3. after you're finished with the install.wim, rebuild it.
Working on 17758.1 right now got an error after removing people app hehe take 2 right now could not save the image under apply update : take 2 seems to work did not use image clean up tho believe there it went wrong
