What's the Source OS you are using and make sure Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 is installed for working of ToolKitHelper.exe.
Yes will move the important components to Advanced section in the next build like Cortana, Defender, Edge, Store, Xbox.
Sorry, Can't give any ETA at the moment as I can resume the GUI development only after releasing an stable update for current ToolKit to support RS5.

For RS5, Only Mixed Reality Viewer and Mixed Reality Portal Apps removed. The Windows Mixed Reality the main component is not yet added for removal due to an installation error.
Now with 8.9 i am using a W10 64bit Home with the latest OS - .376. Untampered with and fully patched. 4.7.2 or later is installed. I tried to do it on a ISO with 8.7, now even that does not work as before. Did it on the same Pc. The things that one should remove last gives the message that - Toolkithelper bla bla is not a recogniced internal or external command. So nothing happens. All other removal works. When i did it in June, with the then actual OS installed, it worked That Toolkithelper, is it something i have to handle in any way or does it handle itself. I have never had to "use it" by myself so i do not know, really, what it does. Things have just worked, up to 8.8 and now with 8.9.
The Source OS is good, Did you run the Toolkit using Start.cmd or Toolkit.cmd? QUOTE="BT 1, post: 1481031, member: 821880"]Now with 8.9 i am using a W10 64bit Home with the latest OS - .376. [/QUOTE] Start. The only thing installed on that Pc besides the OS is, EasusTODO backup, Restore point creator, Glary utilities and Wise care. Sfc /scannow says the OS is ok.
Then it should, don't know why it's giving error for you. Ok, do test the ToolKitHelper.exe the other way like this - Mount the source image using the ToolKit - In ToolKit's <Bin\x64> folder there is a NSudo.exe, double click on it. - Choose "Enable All Privileges" in the NSudo Dialog Box. - Type "cmd" in the NSudo Dialog Box's TextBox. - Choose Run from NSudo Dialog Box and it will open a cmd window. - Now in the command window navigate back to the ToolKit main folder. - Run the below commands to see if it works Bin\ToolKitHelper.exe mount\install /? Bin\ToolKitHelper.exe mount\install WindowsDefender Do report me with the results.
Ok. I am not shure how to navigate to the main folder. I have it on C: in the Windowsfolder, calling the folder - Moddarmapp. The Toolkit is within. Advice please! CMD says: C:\Windows\Moddarmapp\Bin\x64> I do not know how to go from there, not even what button to press to get started from the above text.
