With Windows .376 or older versions Toolkit 8.9 did not function for me as i have writen earlier in the thread. Therefore i installed the october update and tried 8.9 with it. It seemed to work. But, after installing with the created ISO almost everything was left that i had removed. But with october update i did not get the message that - this app cant run on this computer - etc, at least.

You can't remove the Cortana using the install_wim_tweak utility since the Cortana doesn't have a separate package anymore. It's seem in v1903 the MS is going to separate StartMenu Search and Cortana.
Removing Telemetry Component is only breaking the drivers install through WU. If anyone having errors in installing updates through Windows Update due to its PSFX format then I will turn off the WinSxS clean-up switch in the ToolKitHelper.exe to fix updates error but this will also increase the WIM size and SFC /SCANNOW errors.
If anyone willing to help regarding the LP, then do like this - Get a MSDN W10 RS5 Client + Server LP ISO - Extract the Language Pack files to a folder like x86, x64 - Upload the folder to a mega link as it is, don't zip them or rename the files. - Share the mega link, so that I can import them into my Mega Account and move the files to Packs\LangPacks\W10\RS5 folder and rename them as required.
- I asked for screenshot regarding the errors so that it would be easier for troubleshooting - I don't recommend using a refreshed source images.

1) Did you used the Remove Windows Components -> Advanced Components -> Windows Defender menu? 2) Please do read the changelog - Temporarily Removed the Feature "Remove Windows Component" for Windows 7 - Windows 10 Redstone 4 Source OS. Do use older version of ToolKit v8.8 for component removal for Windows 7 - Windows 10 Redstone 4 Source OS. If you want to have a minimal installation then you need to remove all components provided in the removal menu and yes you can skip removing Unified Telemetry Client if you want to install drivers through Windows Update.
@MSMG - Sir I used the refreshed LTSC ISO images and used the latest version of MSMG to clean stuff. I removed all windows apps and system apps and also some advanced components. I was successful in building the ISO image and windows installation, though it took some extra time, it went smooth. The O/s also seems to be fast than the previous versions. The only thing leftover is the search app which is running in the background. I used install_wim_tweak to uninstall the same, but the searchUI is still there. Is it because of the cortana app, the searchUI is still running ?. If i remove cortana with install_wim_tweak script, will i get rid of the searchUi app ?. Thank you
