As i mentioned before so are the Toolkit installed on C:, user, program, program(x86), program data, toolkit, windows. 4.7.2 or later is installed. I get the message on 2 Pc`s with .376. One is Pro with Reduced OS with the Toolkit with some simple programs installed the other was Home OS with .376 freshly installed. Nothing else installed. But i leave this project for now. Good luck with the development.
They are required only unless you want to integrate Language Packs, DaRT and Windows Updates If you want to integrate updates to install.wim then yes you need to select mounting the recovery image.
Hello MSMG,I make your toolkit convert into Chinese, but I kept your copyright notice and license statement,What should be handled according to the situation? I just translate your ToolKit's display text into Chinese.
No issues, from next version, I will move the License Information to a separate file to make it easier for people to fork out the Toolkit.
it's possible to add app installation automatic in iso after install os ? exemple: firefox; mpdhc ;footbar
Hi, been using this toolkit for a little while now and updated from version 8.8 to 8.9. I updated all packs for the new 1809 (RS5) and noticed that when I go to remove All apps except store theres no option for it any more. Was the option removed or was it moved around? I really like that option as it was one button for removing all apps where as now I have to remove all apps manually.
Yes, but not with the toolkit. Learn about setupcomplete commands, you can specify them in the answer file. It allows you to install apps. Cheers.
If I remove Windows Defender will the Firewall, the Action Center and the Security Center be removed (I don't even know if the last 2 things are related with Windows Defender)? And if I remove the Mixed Reality app will Mixed Reality (the function) be removed along with it (I don't even know if they are the same thing or separate things)?
Yes for RS5, I have changed the menu into Windows Apps, System Apps, Advanced Windows Components. The Store and Xbox Apps have been moved into System Apps and from next version it will be in Advanced Windows Components. If you want to remove only Apps, then choose Remove All Apps from Windows Apps menu. Do wait for the next update since there are bugs related to menu selection.
Removing Windows Defender will retain Windows Firewall and Security Center is the Windows Defender UI. Action Center is not related to Windows Defender. Mixed Reality Viewer and Mixed Reality Portal Apps depend upon Windows Mixed Reality and Windows Mixed Reality is not added for removal yet.
