Perhaps this is one of MSMG's reasons for blocking the use of the Toolkit for ISOs with updates. People do not read and then comes in the topic complain of errors with sfc among other things.
should the updates get integrated using some order like date release or just randomly ? and are the CU's enough or one should integrate all updates ?? what are SSU's ?? will WHDownloader get the same updates as uupdump.ml ?? what's the best source ? thank you
SSU= Servicing stack update. You DO need this update. There are also the .Net framework updates. Just use WHDownloader and put the updates in their corresponding folders. Cheers.
Checked with CBS.log and didn't find any errors referenced to the removed components. Check with the below command to see if SFC restoring any removed components in command prompt. type CBS.log | find /i "corrupt"
@MSMG, in tweaks menu is Disable Cortana app necessary, when you remove Cortana? Or during removal is it done anyway?
Hello I have problem After using toolkit i cant install win 10 on my m.2 ssd drive windows installation does not see the disk i have tried original windows 10 / created with media tool and everything is fine what can cause the problem ? i have reduced windows 10 only to w 10 pro and got rid of bloatware i have driver for my ssd drive but it is an exe file can i integrate that into installation somehow ? My ssd is samasung 970 pro Also i noticed that during removal of several component an /error/ window poped out. using toolkit 9.2
What Windows 10 build are you using? It's important, because ToolKit is not supporting non-refreshed images. If you are having some errors during components removal, probably it's because of it. @nldenic, why you don't read previous posts? Beside this, you have your answear in the error message - "ToolKitHelper currently only support non-refreshed images". You are using 17763.379 build, you need 17763.1.
