Hi zero cool root In my test i made the integration of the updates using the WHD option, adding the packages inside each of the folders, as below: X:\ToolKit_v9.3.1\Packs\WHD\w10\x64\Cumulative\Windows10.0-KB4494441-x64.msu X:\ToolKit_v9.3.1\Packs\WHD\w10\x64\FlashPlayer\windows10.0-kb4497932-x64_99ab8e9fecca9e9b7a23a42a64d17280377a4497.msu X:\ToolKit_v9.3.1\Packs\WHD\w10\x64\NetCumulative\Windows10.0-KB4480056-x64.msu X:\ToolKit_v9.3.1\Packs\WHD\w10\x64\NetCumulative\windows10.0-kb4495618-x64_2d3245836cfd2467024a907947837e7879463a3b.msu X:\ToolKit_v9.3.1\Packs\WHD\w10\x64\ServicingStack\Windows10.0-KB4499728-x64.msu Try this way and see if it works ... Everything went well here!
SO LET SAY i started the toolkit with a base version of RS5 and then I did all the tweaks i wanted and integrated updates etc .... and then i compiled the iso and everything is good now after a while i wanted to integrate new updates to the same compiled iso, is it possible to just add them to the modified iso ? or should I start from scratch again ??

Hi zero cool you have to integrate in correct order 1-KB4499728 servicing stack 2-KB4480056 framework 3-DotNetRollup 4-KB4497932 Flash 5-KB4494441 cumulative update try this way
When Integrate Windows Updates option is chosen, the order of updates integration is chosen by the DISM and the DISM doesn't follow the proper order with the W10 or with the latest changes MS has done to Windows updates.
@MSMG There is a typo error with translation/meaning in the readme file under Win10RS5. I highlighted it for you. Did you mean: Cleanup the image only if you integrated windows update, if not skip this step? Also I noticed when removing packages in general, there still is a folder named after them left over in "Task Scheduler" when browsing under "Task Scheduler Library>Microsoft" Is there a way you can remove these strings/folders in the next toolkit update or will this break the os/be hard for you?
No it's correct, if you are removing the components and don't integrate updates later then you need to do the cleanup. Yes only the required Tasks are removed and some are kept for compatibility, will try to remove more when I do optimize the removal database.
