I found the issue, it was hardware and had nothing to do with the toolkit or iso. I found someone willing to make my ISO while I fix my PC. Thanks in advance
Yes I know, as soon a new version released and shifting the focus to support it made older builds to lose the support temporarily. Their will be minor difference in the component removals b/w these build pattern and so v1809 is first updated TH1-TH2 RS1-RS2 RS3-RS4 RS5-RS6 Will do the best to add the full support for v1903

for 1809 how will i use Remove Package List method ? I have never tried to do that by now will i have to change any lines in toolkit.cmd ?
Please read back few pages where I have posted the new version, I have specified how to use the Lists. Check for these files RemovePkgsList.txt and RemovePkgsList_Template.txt under Packs folder. Open RemovePkgsList_Template.txt and see for ToolKit_ lines and copy them to RemovePkgsList.txt and save it. Use the Remove Windows components using Package List Menu.
