Here it's not working, don't know what's the issue but right now using the MEGA UWP App and it's working properly. You mean uploading a new version, yes was about upload the new version but some issues with the mega site not opening here despite removing uBlocker.
Have you tried using another browser to upload? If you use Firefox, version 70 has introduced Enhanced Tracking Protection which may need disabling for MEGA to work properly for you.
Yes did tried with the Edge Chromium latest canary, it's having the same issue, I think even in the Edge Chromium latest canary they have added a new privacy protection setting similar to Firefox. Tried with IE11 it's also having issues opening the Mega site
Could be your ISP or DNS issue. No issues for me also, but I thought it might be different if uploading files.
Yes I do think some issue with the ISP, even on android mobile it's not opening but using a UWP App version of MEGA it's working properly.

W10 v1903 component removal has been replaced with W10 v1909 and the Toolkit requires minimum v18363.418 as the base image and have been updated to support the current v18363.449. Will update the ToolKitHelper.exe if anything breaks out in future CU.
I think you may release restrictions for 18362.x.you may look #12920.because many people still use version 1903.Directly increase the version limit to version 1909, which is definitely unfair to users who are using Build 18362.They hope that the same streamlined experience can be put into version 1903.
Both integrating the v1909 enablement package or the v1909 MSDN image doesn't update the ImageBuild and it's still 18362 in DISM Info. So there's no 18363 folder as such thing, The Toolkit uses the 18362 folder for both v1903/v1909
