How you Resolved the Isue . . . ? " Hi I swear I do not know what happened !! so I installed the W10 LTSC 2019 Intact its own ISO and now I get to work with the Toolkit V9.5" doesnt work for me
Hi trim18 because that's exactly what I did besides installing the latest netfx48; this way the problems are over...
Hello @MSMG I just used a Clean Windows 10 ISO (18362.449) 64-bit. Just added the custom fonts and three Themes and I still have the same issue. I did have success with removing XBox and Phone apps. I uploaded the ISO to my Mega account so you can see what is going on. See the link below. I hope you can figure out what's going on. Again, thank you for the time you spent on these issues....
Hello @MSMG I have been testing your fantastic tool, in windows 8.1 using v8.8 it is not possible to delete the store and the camera app, is it a bug? or is there any way to do it? I'm a noob.
Yes, I deleted everything that is possible through this program Can I somehow return the search in the explorer?
yep of course bro, only thing of Toolkit V8.8 is first read what that this applications is capable to make ok is simple...
with latest CU 1909, is sfc /scannow suppose to give errors still? darn, getting winlogon.exe error across two machines now after sfc scannow
Adding Cortana back fixed it. I did an in place upgrade with a modified ISO, is that the way to do it instead of reinstalling completely?
The v8.8 should remove store and camera app, may be it's not properly handling the image with latest updates.
Yes may give errors since the component removal needs to be updated for each CU, What's the OS editions you are trying out?
Yes it's a component sharing issue which needs to be fixed, can you share the list of components you removed?
w10 ent 1909 x64 by using package list removal, sfc /scannow causes winlogon.exe to fail and system will never enter desktop again. i now have to fix 2 machines with this issue. by using app list, sfc errors happen also, but doesnt cause winlogon.exe to fail upon startup. UPDATE: also, without any removals from msmg toolkit, and using powershell scripts / dism to do some online removals like retaildemo after windows install, sfc /scannow fails too, is there something i dont understand? looking at cbs.log, even changing a startmenu link like event viewer also suggests corruption -- wtf? did something change?
