Please do read the readme.txt for how to use the Toolkit for each Windows OS. For Windows 10 v1809 component removal it requires 17763.1 as the base image and supports all languages.
Please do make this change in the Toolkit script using notepad, will add the fix in the next release. Replace the line at 96 set "CustomUxTheme=%Custom%\UxTheme" with set "UxTheme=%Custom%\UxTheme"

So it seems that integrating Windows Updates could be producing problems, or perhaps something removed in ToolKitHelper:WindowsApps. I shall try to test more later.
